Day 1: We meet at the agreed-upon location and begin the day’s program in Casablanca with a tour guide. The tour includes a visit to the traditional market, where we’ll learn about daily activities and local crafts. Afterward, we’ll proceed to the Hassan II Mosque, the city’s most prominent landmark overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, to explore its architectural features and historical significance. At the end of the day, we’ll return to our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Early in the morning, we’ll have breakfast and then head to Rabat, the capital of the kingdom, to discover its rich history and visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, famous for its white and blue alleyways. We’ll then visit the Hassan Palace, one of the capital’s most prominent historical landmarks, and enjoy the breathtaking views. During our free time, we’ll have lunch, then continue to Meknes, where we’ll stop for photos and to admire the scenery. Finally, we’ll continue our journey to Fez, where we’ll have dinner and spend a relaxing night in a luxurious riad.
After breakfast, our tour of Fez begins with a private guide exploring the ancient city, whose roots date back to the 9th century. We’ll wander through its narrow alleyways and traditional souks, immersing you in the authenticity of Morocco. After lunch, we’ll visit a Quranic school, where its ornately decorated corridors will transport you to a world of authentic Moroccan art and creativity. Our day concludes with a transfer back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Early in the morning, we’ll have breakfast and then leave Fez for Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco for its beautiful houses and cool, snowy winter climate. The stunning scenery and verdant mountains make you feel like you’re in the heart of Switzerland. We’ll then visit the Barbary Macaque Monkey Park, where you’ll wander amidst enchanting natural surroundings. You can feed the monkeys and explore the lush trees and green spaces that fill the park, eager to discover every corner and observe the monkeys’ playful antics up close.
After leaving Ifrane, we’ll enjoy the breathtaking views along the way and stop for lunch at a local restaurant. We’ll then continue our journey via the Midelt road, known for its rugged terrain, before heading to Errachidia to admire the mountain scenery. In the evening, we’ll be in Merzouga to watch the sunset and ride camels before arriving at our luxurious camp nestled among the golden sands. There, you’ll be treated to Berber music and dancing around a campfire, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
This morning, after breakfast, we’ll explore the Merzouga Haya region, a small village, and get to know the people and their daily lives in the desert. Afterwards, we’ll head to El Khamlia, where you’ll enjoy traditional Gnawa music. Then we’ll continue to Errassani, known for its three weekly markets, where you can stroll among the souks and discover local products. Following that, we’ll continue to Tinghir to admire the mountains and panoramic views. During our free time, we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant, then continue our journey to Ouarzazate to visit the historic Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, famous for its films and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has also served as a filming location for many movies. We’ll conclude the day with dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
On the morning of the sixth day, after breakfast, we will travel to Marrakech to visit the historic Ben Youssef Madrasa, where we will explore its architectural features and historical significance. Afterwards, we will proceed to the El Badi Palace to learn about its history and architectural remains. During our free time, we will have lunch before concluding our tour in the evening and heading to the airport or our agreed-upon destination.
